AI costs vary by action; the exact credit cost is shown before you start. Pro renews monthly until cancelled in Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription or the Creem customer portal. The final price and any taxes are shown at checkout. A full refund is available on request within 14 days of the initial purchase; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Is Jobber free?
Yes. Free includes 25 tracked applications, 1 uploaded resume, 2 resume builders, 1 cover letter and 30 shared AI credits once per account. Pro ($24/month) includes 100 applications, 10 resumes, 10 builders, 10 cover letters in total and 500 AI credits per confirmed paid period. Credits do not roll over. AI use is subject to credit, input and safety spending limits; requests may stop before all credits are used. Costs vary by action and are shown before you start. Credits are charged once AI starts, including on later errors; failures before AI starts release the reservation. New operations need new credits; cached results are free.

Jobber brings your saved jobs, custom stages, resume versions, AI assistance and search analytics into a personal workspace. Compare the listed plan limits with your needs before choosing a plan.
How does AI resume matching work?
Jobber sends relevant resume and job content to Anthropic Claude to compare skills, experience and requirements. Scores and suggested keywords may be inaccurate; they do not predict employer decisions. Only add information that reflects your actual experience.
Can I import jobs from LinkedIn or Indeed?
Import job details from supported public pages using a URL or the Chrome extension. Parsing depends on page access and structure; some pages may need manual entry. AI parsing uses the shared credit balance.
Is my job search data private?
Your saved job search content belongs to your account. Requested AI features send relevant resumes, job details, letters or interview content to Anthropic. Creem processes billing, and configured analytics and error monitoring have their own data processing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Do I need to install anything?
